Asset Manager
Ben is responsible for performance of the multi-family portfolio and select commercial assets. Ben is also a key participant in our multi-family acquisitions. Ben has over 20 years commercial real estate experience, with emphasis in multifamily operations, asset management, acquisitions, and brokerage. Ben has a BS degree in Finance from Arizona State University, CPM designation through IREM, and is an AZ licensed Real Estate Broker. He has served as board member for local IREM and Apartment Association chapters.
