Construction Manager
Bill is responsible for planning and management of capital projects across the portfolio. Based upon his in depth knowledge and assessment of our properties he develops long term repair and maintenance strategies for implementation across the portfolio. His experience includes 10 years of facilities management and 5 years of commercial construction management. Bill has a Bachelors of Science in Construction Management from the University of Nebraska Lincoln.
