Managing Principal – Real Estate
Brian is responsible for the direction of the portfolio including acquisitions, dispositions and overall performance. In addition, Brian is responsible for securing debt financing and managing lender relationships. Brian joined NewStreet Properties in 2016 with over 20 years of experience in real estate investing, management, development and banking. Prior to joining NSP, Brian was the Chief Development Officer for a Midwest Development Company. Brian graduated from the University of Nebraska – Kearney with a BS degree in Finance.
