Contract Administrator
Nancy is responsible for tracking of various rehab, tenant improvement and construction projects. This includes drafting and reviewing contracts, correspondence, leases and pay applications. She also assists with insurance certificate tracking and other special projects. After graduating from College of Saint Mary in Omaha where she earned a bachelor’s degree in English, she attended University of Nebraska, Omaha, graduating with a master’s in English and a graduate writing certificate in Creative Non-Fiction. Nancy has eight years experience with commercial property management. She joined NSP in 2016. Nancy is a member of SJSEA Melodrama Troupe and has served three years as a show producer.
