Director of Accounting & Tax
Trayce oversees the in-house accounting, tax returns, consolidation reporting, loan compliance, acquisition/disposition closing activities, leasing/contract reviews and insurance placement. She has over 25 years experience in accounting and has been with NSP for over 10 years. Trayce is Treasurer for the Phoenix Academy Board of Directors, a non-profit school that helps children with learning challenges in reading and math. She is also a former board member of the Bellevue Shockers Softball Association.
