Project Management and Owner Representation
NewStreet project management coordinates design and construction to meet company and stakeholder facility and program goals. Our expertise in facilities planning, design, and construction help to identify project needs and assemble the right team to bring a vision to reality. With over 20 years of experience in design coordination and construction management our team will identify the right contractor and designer for the project while ensuring timely performance and compliance with the project budget.
Our goal is a smooth, integrated, and deliberate design and construction process. We provide guidance through the design and budgeting process so that our partners can make value based and informed decisions. Facility Management, Capital Planning, and Project Execution
Our team completes annual facility assessments for all NewStreet owned and managed properties. These assessments are valuable tools in identifying the needs of an asset. These assessments produce a capital project list for the upcoming year as well as a list of areas to monitor for future rehab projects. We take pride in the condition of our assets.
Effective Capital Project Planning and Execution is critical to maintaining the condition of our facilities and the safety of those who visit them. As part of the planning phase our team identifies the right scope of work for the project as well as any risks and budget constraints. Scope identification leads to a clear understanding of project expectations by all parties. Well executed and communicated plans create safe and productive work environments for our tenants and partners.
