Our History
Investing in Communities Since 1992
NewStreet Properties was formed in 1992 to invest and manage the real estate interests of the Lozier family in Omaha, NE. The Lozier family is the sole owner of The Lozier Corporation, the United States’ largest store fixture manufacturer providing shelving solutions for companies such as Walmart, Target, Walgreens and hundreds of other retailers worldwide. The company was founded in the 1960’s with 20,000 square feet and 25 employees. Today, Lozier operates out of 4.3 million square feet with 2,200 employees across 5 states.
The Lozier family is committed to expanding its real estate position by continuing to support investment activities of NewStreet Properties.
